National Apprenticeships Week, 6-10th March 2017

National Apprenticeships Week, 6-10th March 2017

This year National Apprenticeship Week is from 6th-10th March.

During the week, training providers, colleges, employers and apprentices host and attend events across the country to promote and discuss apprenticeships.

This is an exciting year for apprenticeships. The upcoming apprenticeship reforms are likely to refresh the way employers and apprentices perceive and experience apprenticeships, and the introduction of the apprenticeship levy has the potential to switch more businesses on to apprenticeships than ever before. It’s also the 10 Year Anniversary of National Apprenticeship Week, so many of the events and activities are well established highlights in the calendar.

If your business has always considered apprenticeships this is a great time of the year to renew your interest and get the information you need.

Visit the apprenticeship events map to discover events being held near you. If you’re strapped for time, take a look at the free webinars Apprenticemakers is hosting on and around the week.
