If your business is new to apprenticeships, you’re unsure whether you can offer a long term employment opportunity, or you just want extra support to take on an apprentice, then an Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) could be of interest.
An ATA is an intermediary organisation that manages the apprenticeship process for your business, and can even employ the apprentice for the duration of the apprenticeship too, providing you the option to offer employment at the end of the apprenticeship to the successful apprentice.
In this webinar we speak to Clare Vertigen, Director of the South West Apprenticeship Company, an ATA that has been supporting apprenticeship opportunities with businesses and apprentices in the South West for many years.
We ask Clare how the ATA model works for small businesses, why businesses use them, and what the benefits and challenges are of this approach. Clare will also share case studies of businesses that have successfully run apprenticeships in their business as a result of working with an ATA.
We will be inviting questions from participants throughout.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
